Hi All!
I have been peeking in every once in a while, but Michelle is on dial up here and after using high speed at home, it is hard to have the patience to deal with the s-l-o-w speed.

Michelle had a laminecitomy with discectomy on Monday.
Some Information on the Surgery She was in the hospital overnight and was discharged on Tuesday.
She is actually doing well. The numbness and pain that she had in her legs and feet from the disc herniation are almost gone and now she is pretty much just dealing with the pain from the surgical site. She has to be very careful about bending, twisting and lifting. But she has a LOVELY corsettey type brace that will be a constant reminder to not do the things that she should not do.
She is not permitted to drive for at least another week or so and will probably not go back to work until after Christmas. Thank God she has made some friends down here and now has a boyfriend
who will step in and transport her when I leave.
I am looking at heading home Sunday or Monday, but the weather between Richmond and Pittsburgh does not look that great for those days, so I may be here a few days longer than I thought.
