Why would they re-open the pink dresses if there only supposed to be in beta mode? How do we get bat magic? Is there a way to finish quests without going to disney land to get the prize? Plz post!

They brought out the pink dress on valentines day to celebrate it.You can buy bat magic on the 24th to 26th.It says so on the front page.I dont quite understand what you asked about disneyland.

Well, you can't do quests without going to the parks.
But you can get quest items by trading with people.

The VMK designers can re-issue any item they want to- anytime they want. Just because it came out in beta doesn't mean they can reuse it. Most of the stuff currently in the shops now were "beta" items just were just never taken away.

No, you can only turn in quest forms at the parks. But you can trade for quest items in the game. It is possible to collect all the quest items by trading and never go to the park at all. There is even a thread to collect/trade the VMK code cards from your home.
