Best World Showcase Sit Down Restaurant?

I always wanted to know what everyone feels is the best Sit Down Restaurant in World Showcase. My personal fav is Le Cellier - pretzel bread, cream cheese mashed potatoes and a filet, where can you go wrong?

Toss up between Restaurant Marrakesh in Morrocco and Tempura Kiku in Japan. Although other than San Angel Inn in Mexico I really haven't had a bad experience at any of them.

I'm not going to say it's "the best", because there are so many Epcot sit-downs that I haven't tried yet, but Les Chefs de France will always hold a special place in my heart. I always have to eat there once during my trip.
