Best Wine in Epcot?

Where would the best wine be at in World Showcase, Epcot in general? Also, can you order wine from a country and have it shipped? My younger sister turns 21 tomorrow, Aug 2nd, and she wants wine from a different country. She also lives in VA where our mother is in OH and I am in NC so it has to be shipped. Our trip is during the Food and Wine Festival. Thank you!

Disney will not ship the wine due to the numerous regulations involved in shipping wine.

And there's practically nothing in Epcot that's not available at your local shop!

During food and wine there are many fantastic wines around the world and many more at the Wine Festival Center. We have had wine sent to our resort many times. But shipped home? I would call Disney, but probably not. Sorry.

In Virginia we have a large wine store called Total Wine. You can get wine from just about every wine producing country from there and they ship within the state.
