I have emailed the hotel to ask for their bus transportation times and the details are below:-

Hotel to Universal: 8:00 and 9:00 AM
Universal to Hotel: 6:30 and 8:30 PM

Hotel to Sea World: 8:30 and 9:30 AM
Sea World to Hotel: 6:00 and 8:00 PM

Hotel to and from Florida Mall: Various times daily (see guest services)

Hotel to Disney Transportation Center (Magic Kingdom): 8:05 and 10:05 AM,
and 12:05 PM

Magic Kingdom to Hotel: 3:15, 5:30, 7:45, and 9:45 PM (when park is open
until 9 PM)

Epcot to Hotel: 3:30, 5:45, 8:00, and 10:00 PM

MGM Studios to Hotel: 3:45, 6:00, 8:15, and 10:15 PM (when park is open
until 10 PM)

Animal Kingdom to Hotel: 4:00 and 6:15 PM

Please note that all shuttle times are subject to change seasonally and are
subject to park hours. Please check with driver for final returns and pick
up locations. Transportation to Disney from the hotel drops off at the
Disney Transportation Center where you can then take Disney transportation
(complimentary) to all other Disney attractions.
