Best Western at SYR?

Anyone stayed at the Best Western Syracuse Airport Inn, before flying out of SYR?

We are thinking of booking it in January, due to its proximity to the terminal, and need an opinion on this motel.

We have stopped staying at the BWAI due to the fact it is very noisey and has become expensive! The rooms really need to be updated as last time, we almost froze(March). The rooms are old and musty and the heating system is very antiquated. Also there is no elevator, so if you have a room on the second floor, you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs!

We like Comfort Inn and Suites. It also has a shuttle and has a free breakfast buffet in the morning. The Park and Fly package is quite decent, but prepare yourself, prices have increased due to the amount of Canadian travelers taking advantage of flying out of Syracuse.

Can't say anything about Best western, but we stay at the Motel 6 and it works quite well. It's not the Contemporary or anything, but works if you just need somewhere to sleep for an early morning flight.
