Best week in May?

We are hoping to use up some airline credit that will expire at the end of May. Any suggestions to which week in May would be the best to go for lower crowds? Thank you!

The earlier the better. As schools around the country close, the parks get busier. And try to avoid Memorial Day.

I would avoid the 1st week due to the 50th Anniversary Celebration. I'm going the next week. Hopefully, it will have died down some by then.

I went a few years ago at the last week in May just before Memorial Day. I found it to be very crowded - more so than the last week in August when we usually go now. HOWEVER, things have changed since then - but I'd try for the 2nd or 3rd week. Even if it is crowded, you can work around it & you'll be in WDW!!
