keh.com is the best IMO. They seem to underrate the quality of their lenses so I've never had an issue with getting something less than what they described.
You have to look in 2 places for the a mount lenses.
Here's a link to the Sony manufactured page:

And then most of the non-sony brand lenses are cataloged under the Minolta Maxxum 35mm here:

I bought a Nikon macro lens from here

They have a few Sony lenses.
Ive been looking at this lens

But I am thinking this may be an older model. What do you think?
From what I'm aware of this is a current lens although it was released a few years ago. I think it's being updated by Sigma with OS and HSM although I don't know if that is available yet. It appears to be the one macro lens on your list that KEH doesn't have right now!
I own a Tamron 90mm and have been satisfied with it but the one thing I wouldn't turn down is faster auto focus. If the new Sigma 105 actually has HSM in the Sony model (dyxum indicated it would) I might be tempted to wait if buying now although I'd have to weigh that against the price difference.
I really want the updated faster auto focus. That was a concern when I saw this one. The new is prices at $900 plus. I am having a hard time tring to dish money out for that, if there is barely any difference in the Tamron 90mm vs the Sigma 105mm.
Have you heard anything about Sony's 100mm?
I haven't heard much about it but it seems to have similar qualities to both the Tamron and Sigma. Users on Dyxum have given it slightly higher rankings in reviews than the other two lenses but it's not a big difference. If the price had been the same as the Tamron I might have gotten it since I do have a little bit of a personal preference towards the colors the Sony lenses produce over both Tamron and Sigma but for my use the higher price nixed it. I think the Sony lens is a rework of the Minolta Maxxum 100mm macro lens so that might also be something to consider.
I'd also endorse KEH as a great used lens source. As mentioned, Sony lenses can be found not only under 'Sony Digital' but also under Minolta Maxxum. There are 4 categories - brand zoom and non-brand zoom, and brand fixed and non-brand fixed. Typically, the prime macros like you are searching for would be under Maxxum non-brand fixed.
I can't speak for the Sigma 105mm or the Sony 100 - I was happy enough just getting the Tamron 90mm at an excellent price. I have had good experience with Tamron lenses and honestly doubt there's a significant difference between any of these lenses - the HSM lenses might be slightly faster to focus, or quieter, but those tend not to be issues for me when shooting macro as I'm rarely in a rush to shoot - so 14 milliseconds less focus time won't have any noticeable effect on me!
