Best website for Fantasyland expansion updates

We were planning on going in October to Disneyworld, but are now leaning towards waiting until May (before DS turns 3, so still free) because he is a runner, and we are hoping that he will be a little more chill by the time we go. He hates being held, so we are concerned about him waiting in line at all with us, as his natural instinct is to run as far and fast as he can.

We also figure May will be better timing, because it sounds like the Beauty and the Beast and Little Mermaid attractions might be open by then, which DD (4) will LOVE, as those are her 2 favourite movies.

I've found a few sites for updates on the expansion, but I'm wondering what my best resource would be regarding updates, timing, etc.
