Best way to transition from WDW to Universal ?

After a 19-27 June Stay at WDW (WL and Pop or CBR) we'll be moving to the HRH at Universal. What is the best transportation method for a family of 4 (all adult size) and their luggage? Tiffany Town Car ? FL Tours ? Mears ? Rickshaw ?

What should I expect to pay as well ?
