Best way to spend NYE?

What do you think the best way to spend NYE is without having to enter a park and stay all day? We have already seen the Fantasy in the Sky from the Polynesian and the top of Contemporary. Im thinking we could hang around the monorail resorts and do that again and stay at BLT or go to Epcot and stay at BC. We are members who don't own at BLT but are staying there on cash... can we go to Top of the World? Any suggestions?

Just go to Epcot at about 8pm. Walk around World Showcase and enjoy the fireworks.
