Best way to sell points one time

Looking for recommendations on the best site to one time sell/rent my points for my 2023 use year. We won't be using them next year. Any tips on a reliable site?

They allow changes/cancellations under some circumstances, which may be good for the person wanting to use the points but may be stressful for the person owning the points.

IMO, the rental stores don’t give you anywhere near the value of the points, and the contracts you sign are questionable. I’d post them here or if you want to make a confirmed reservation, Redweek.

On the other hand, I like working with brokers because I really don't want to deal with individuals myself. The broker sets out clear policies to the renter and if the renter wants to argue or negotiate - they aren't arguing them with me. That is absolutely worth a few dollars per point.

I just rented out some points and the difference between myself and a broker was almost 1k. That isn’t small change to me, but I do understand what you’re saying as people can be annoying.

And I don't have enough points to make the difference anything but small change in the overall budget for vacations.
