For those who use Touring Plans to submit your requests, what has been your success rate been? I'm debating singing up for the subscription, just wondering if it's worth it.

Nothing wrong with that. There's also nothing wrong with asking for a particular view/area.

Nothing at all. At the same time, there’s nothing wrong with putting a simple request if you feel it will enhance your stay. It only takes a few minutes. There is no wrong way to do Disney IMO

Most likely the north wing, pool area. Might get a glimpse of the Pembe Savannah.

I have used a generic „nice view“ request at various resorts. Yes, nice is subjective, but it avoids the really bad views. We usually had pretty good rooms with this request.

Depends on what you are looking for, I guess. The room finder on Touring Plans is pretty helpful. Also see this post from @drusba:

Depends of how you define "success". An exact room number, maybe once in a handful of years. But getting the proximity to what I asked for, 100%. Just use their room/view finder and then set up your request. I don't make any other request thru Disney because I am worried I'll cancel out what Touring Plans requests.

I think the subscription is worth it.

Thanks for the response. As exact room numbers is a long shot, a close proximity is is acceptable. I occasionally use the room view option.

I'll be signing up for the subscription.
