What is the most effective way to make a room request for the HRH,
email, fax or phone call ? Who should I make the request to ? How far in advance should I make the request and should I follow up with another request when my stay gets closer ?

Thanks,

Mark

If you already have your reservation, just call and have your request annotated to the reservation. If you make your reservation online, there is a "comments" section. Trust me, they read them. No emails or faxes or phone calls necessary.

When you call to confirm your reservation before your trip, just make sure your requests are noted.

Have fun!

I made my reservations through AAA and there was no box for "comments"...will they take requests for rooms reserved throught the AAA website do you know?

Thanks

Did you go AAA online or by AAA agent? Also, do you want a particular room or floor?

We went through AAA agent and just asked deluxe room, nonsmoking, and non-pet. We got what we wanted.:)

I did AAA online and I dont know enough yet to know what to ask for.....it says garden or pool view - haha no kidding lol. I take that to mean whatever is available which is fine but would really like a theme park view if possible. Otherwise close to the elevator? The BIGGEST concern is that our rooms be connecting. Any suggestions?

Anyway, once I know what to ask for do I just call and add it (and my Loews First number)?

if your ressie is through the AAA agent, have them call with the new info and request.

if you did not go through an AAA agent, you can call loews yourself and have the ressie modified.

what you add or change will be on the files that the front desk has when you check in.

your question regarding adjoining rooms.
if this is a necessity, let it be known on your ressie.

if you want to be near others in your group, let that be known also

hrh will accomodate your special requests and needs.
if it is just a preference request, hrh will try to work with you on those requests also.
