Best way to LAX?

There are a couple options you can take for airport transfers!
There is the Super Shuttle; this is a van that fits up to 9 passengers. You can book this ahead of time on their website, SuperShuttle.com, or call them at 1.800.258.3826.
Or you can take the Disneyland Resort Express Bus. This is a bigger tour-like bus that would be great if you are traveling with a lot of luggage. You can contact them at 800.828.6699, or at their website, www.greylineanaheim.com, regarding their service.
Or you can take a taxi. This is about $110 from LAX. (We normally recommend our guests to take either the Super Shuttle or the Disneyland Resort Express Bus.)

Hope this helps!

Does the Disneyland Resort Express bus pick up passengers from the GCH? How many stops does it make from there to LAX?

Normally GCH is the last stop before DLH. At DLH you may or may not have to transfer to a different bus. Usually if you're going to LAX there isn't a transfer. Then it's straight to the airport. However a couple of weeks ago in the afternoon I was picked up at GCH and then it was straight to LAX. I'll use both shuttles and Disneyland Resort Express and I do prefer the bus over the shuttles.

When we took the DL Express from GCH, our only stop after that was at DLH, then off to LAX.

So glad I found this thread! Does anyone know if these options are available late at night? I have a flight that arrives at LAX at 10pm and was wondering what my best option transportation wise would be. Staying at Paradise Pier if that makes a difference. Thanks!

Super Shuttle runs 24 hours a day. I like SS because they schedule pick-ups according to your, not their, schedules.

For a later evening trip I used Karmel back in December, and it was a very nice trip. They don't book multiple parties per shuttle, so as soon as I was there we were on the road.

Well...SS doesn't have their OWN schedule, but since they do book multiple parties per shuttle, you might not be on YOUR schedule, either. I once got on my reserved SS van then drove around Harbor and Katella for an HOUR as the driver picked up other people who had reserved ahead. After that hour THEN we got on the road and went to LAX. I had to choose from THEIR time periods to be picked up, and their time periods were very early, and that was because they were going by the schedule set by the other pickups.

It's why the Karmel experience was a breath of fresh air. (also, he didn't drive as crazily as I have experienced with SS, because he wasn't having other pickups scheduled by his dispatcher while he was driving me)

We took the Disneyland Express bus this year from LAX and it was wonderful. We'll use it again.

For our way back to LAX (or actually, an LAX area airport), we needed another way to get back since we were leaving past the bus' last pick up time. It would be late and we didn't want to have to make a gazillion stops at hotels or homes on the way back to LAX and we didn't want to then find a shuttle to our hotel from LAX. I used a private van service called Zippy shuttle. We used them last year too. They actually came 5 minutes early, the van was clean and they got us back to the LAX area in record time. Cost us $80 plus tip.

You email them for a quote and you usually get a response from them very quickly. After using them twice, I have no hesitation using them again.
