Does anyone have a tip on how best to keep track of all the dining reservations. I know some folks does the spreadsheet but are there any other creative ideas out there ???

Thanks everyone!popcorn::

You can also put them on note cards that you can take with you that have your confirmation number on them, reservation time, etc...I use a spreadsheet to help in planning but I think having something quick to reference would be helpful if you get to the restaurant and they can't find your ressie.

I make a really small card that is about the size of a credit card and laminate it. It has all our ADR's and park hours on it.

Let me preface this by saying I write small anyway. What I do, is go to Home Depot and pick up some lime green Mickey heads. I then write my ADR times, restaurants, and confirmation numbers on one (two if I'm doing the DxDDP:rolleyes1). I then cut out the LGMHs, glue them back to back, laminate them, punch a hole in one ear, attach one of those rubber luggage tag loop thingys to it and then use that to attach it to my park bag. If I'm doing the basic DDP and have only 7-8 ADRs, then I write them all on one Mickey head and then on the other I write my screen name and cell phone number, before laminating them. This way I'm easily identified as a DISer by the LGMH and I also have all my ADRs with their times and confirmation numbers always handy.

just plug them into my Blackberry calendar. I used to type out (my handwriting is also as bad as my typing) the ADRs and keep a copy in the room and one in the backpack we carried around.

ON my trip in Sept. I used bank envelopes. I wrote the restaurant, day, time, confirmation number on the outside and put the amount I thought the tip might be inside. I just grabbed the envelope for the day out of the safe each morning and left.

This is exactly what I do. I have my entire trip on a spreadsheet, but then I prepare a notecard (3x5) for each day. The notecard easily fits into my backpack purse, and it contains our ADR info as well as information about our plans for the day (parks we are visiting, parades, etc).

I used to use 3 x 5 notecards, but this last trip I had them all on my iphone calendar. It worked perfectly. On a few, I even set the alarm to remind when its time to go! :thumbsup2

The last couple of years I have made touring plans using touringplans.com, added any ADR confirmation numbers to them, printed them small (one for each day/each park), laminated them and put them on a ring. I then attach them to my bag that I hang from my stroller and make another set for my DH that he hangs from his backpack. My mom and DH love having them because it gives us a rough idea of the things that we want to do and in what rough order, so we don't forget and just stand around wondering what to do next. My Mom and DH love each other but have also been known to get grouchy with/about each other too. So the more organized I am (touring plans, planning every meal etc) the better we all get along!
It helps when my DH wants to go do his "big" rides that nobody else will do with him (Rock 'n Roller Coaster, TOT, etc) and we seperate to do more of the kid friendly stuff. He knows where to find us next by looking at the cards or going ahead and getting FPs for anything we might need later!
It's been very helpful!

I also use a spreadsheet when planning my ADRs, but now that they're made, I'm planning on putting them in my itinerary on my eticket app on my iPhone! :thumbsup2
