Best way to get to Legoland and SeaWorld??

We are not renting a car. What is the best way to get to LegoLand and also to get to SeaWorld from POR? Cost? It is for 2 adults and 1 child. TIA

The shuttle leaves from Premium Outlets Vineland, which is right across I-4 from DTD. I'm guessing taxi fare would be about $15 from POR.
