Using Disney transportation what is the best option for heading to HS from Disney Springs?

The only Disney option is the bus. At one point they weren't running park buses until after 4pm...not sure if that's still happening.

There are no buses from DS to the parks. You would have to take a bus to a nearby resort and then walk/boat. You *could* take a bus to a skyliner resort and then ride the skyliner if you want to try something new.

Bus to CBR Jamaica station → walk to Skyliner station → Skyliner to DHS.

Take a bus back to your resort, then a bus from there to DHS. Note that buses from DS to anywhere don't start early enough to get to DHS anywhere near rope drop.

No easy way. Bus to an Epcot resort (BWI, YC/BC, Swan/Dolphin) then either boat or walk over. It would be backtracking to bus to one of those to get on the skyliner at the IG at Epcot then there is a stop (or two not sure) from there to HS but that is an option if you just want to ride the skyliner. Depending on how much time you want to take, you could bus to your resort then bus/walk/monorail/skyliner depending on where you are staying.

What he said as long as it's not for RD.

What time are you looking to do this? For RD, this isn't going to work. Then your best bet is bus to BW and boat or walk to Studios.

Things may have changed, but back when I was driving, before the new DS bus depot opened: Full bus service started at 11am; earlier than 11, bus service was available to a limited number of resorts (I think BW was one of them), but even for that we didn't pick up Guests at DTD before 8 am.

I couldn't tell you when the buses start now that there is just the DS bus loop (it has been over 8 years now). When I was driving, it was still full DTD We were still using the H lot for breaks) and we would be in and out of the marketplace at 6:30 am to pick up guests. we were scheduled in at 5:30 am. However, full service didn't start until 10 am. Maybe walking over to Congress Park might be a better option if one was trying to get from DS to Studios for RD
