Best way to get from WL to Grand Floridian?

I may need to hit the ground running when we first arrive for our reservation at Wonderland Tea Party. I think we should have plenty of time, but just in case, I need to have a plan of action in advance. Can you take the boat to CR and then monorail to GF? Or does the boat go to GF? Thanks!! I'm starting to get really really excited!!!! This is our first time.

I would take the first boat that arrives. At either the MK or CR (wherever the boat takes you), hop the resort monorail over to GF for a spot of tea!

If you are running behind, take a taxi - it would be worth the $10 (probably even less) to arrive on time for the Tea. It's a 5 - 10 minute trip via taxi (vs a minimum of 30 minutes via boat/monorail. It's probably more like 45 minutes to an hour depending on how long you have to wait for a boat and the monorail. And the resort monorail stops at every resort along the way).

Just ask the valet/Bell Captain at the entrance to call one up for you. There are almost always taxis waiting nearby, so no worries if you don't see them at the entrance.

Using Disney Transportation, the Downtown Disney bus or the Animal Kingdom bus will stop at the Grand Floridian after they stop at the Wilderness Lodge. Just verify with the driver that he/she will be dropping off there as you board.
