Best way to get from SSR to Breakfast at Boma

What would be the best way to do breakfast at Boma on departure day? Staying at SSR need to leave for airport around Noon. We could Uber to AKL and catch bus back to Disney Springs or could we take bus to AK and catch a bus back to AKL at about 8 am?

I would use Uber both ways. I think anything else will potentially be a problem if everything doesn’t fall into place. Any transportation issues can throw a wrench into your timing.

Our current thinking is Uber to AKL and take luggage with us, check with Bell Services at AKL while we eat and arrange pick up Sunshine Flyer/Mears from AKL back to airport. Thoughts?
