best way to get from MCO to Poly after Christmas

We are travelling to WDW on Dec. 27th. My husband wants to get a taxi when we get there (there will be 5 of us, me, my husband and an 11, 5, and 3 yo). We had good luck taking a taxi in April of 2001 and it was cheaper than Tiffany. I'm afraid it will be difficult to get a taxi during the after Christmas mayhem and want to book with either Tiffancy TownCar or Yourride. He thinks it's a waste of money. Any help out there?

I would think a taxi would be just as expensive as Tiffany and you are "on the meter" so if it hits traffic the price will go up. It's about 25 miles, so I imagine it would be in the $40-$50 range. Will a taxi have car seats available for your little ones?
