Best way to get from DTD to MK for the MNSSHP?

I figure we need to take a bus to one of the monorail resorts. Should we take the first one that comes or wait for a certain one. Or is there a better choice all together?

If you get the bus to the CR, you will be able to just walk over to the MK...about 8 mins along the sidewalk that runs underneath the monorail line. If you take the Polynesian or GF bus, you will have to either take the boat or monorail to MK..that can take a bit longer since you have to wait for the boat or monorail to arrive.
If it were me, I would go with the CR but any of them will be fine.

any of the monorail resorts would be best--contemporary being the best because you have the option of walking or taking the monorail.

you could also walk over to the closest bus stop at SSR and take the bus directly to MK.

Well the Contemporary/Polynesian/Grand Floridian all share the same bus when going to and from Downtown Disney, so you know which one to get on. Anyway I would get off at the Contemporary because it's the 1st stop among the resorts, it's closest to the Magic Kingdom and you can use the walkway when going to the Magic Kingdom.
