Best Way to Get from Caribbean Beach Resort to DC?

We are going to Disney next March, 2017, and I think a DC day might be something fun to do since we've never done it before. We won't have a car with us. What is the best way to get there that won't break the bank? Thanks.

Honestly, I'd take an Uber or a Lyft. If you're new to Lyft they give you $5 of your first few rides - will make it affordable!
