Best way to get fom AK to MK

MY dad will be using an ECV and I'm wondering the most convenient way to get from AK to MK. Would it be more convenient to arrive at the TTC and catch a boat or the monorail? How long should we budget time wise? We have a 5:40 reservation at Liberty Tavern. TIA

I believe there are Disney buses from AK to the other parks.

Yes.
There is a direct bus. That would be easiest.

I think the bus only goes to the TTC but you can take a bus to the Contemporary then take the monorail I believe that would be the fastest

Not any more. The park to park buses go to the regular bus stops by the MK gates.

OP, allow at least an hour for travel time.

Thanks everyone! I had read in the past that there was no direct park to park bus for MK - something about Walt wanted a visitors first view of MK to be from the water or something. I also found this on the Disney Mom's panel which seems to suggest that there's no direct bus from AK to MK:

You are right. There used to not be to MK, but in the past year, they constructed a bus area for travel between parks at MK.

Disney also wants to take the stress off the monorails so they moved the bus stops from ttc to mk. They put in the stops when they added the new stops for the articulated buses they decided to add two new bus stops for ak and dhs.
