Best way to get Character Dining in advance?

I want to pre-purchase our Goofy's Kitchen tickets if possible. Is there a place I can do this and possibly get a little discount? We are going in November so I know we have time, but I am trying to pay for things a little in advance.

If you don't have an AP or Disney Visa, the Last Minute Travel has the best prices. You'll need the Premium Character Dining vouchers. ($34.16/adult, $17.98/child)

Yes any meal @ Goofy's requires the PV - the Disney Visa will get you a discount, I'm not sure how much.

We booked our stay package through Costco, and premium dining character meal vouchers were a free perk.

We also booked through Costco and got the free dining vouchers. I prepaid for Minnie's Breakfast through Costco too.
