Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to best do the 7:30 castle lighting, MSEP and Wishes. My goal is to get the best experience I can with a low level of stress. We will have 3&5 year olds with us. Any advice on when to get a spot and where to sit? Can this even be done? Thanks.

For my preferred viewing location, I would say to try and get a spot just off the bridge that connects fantasyland to the Hub sometime between 6 and 6:30 and be prepared to wait.

Thank you. Would you stay in that spot for all 3? How is the view? Seeing Elsa light the castle will be a high priority.

For the "least stressful", yes.

It's good (one of our favorites), but ideally you would want to kinda be between the fantasyland and tomorrowland bridges.

The thing is, there are alot of good options so the key is finding somewhere that won't get TOO crowded. So, being by the hub is nice if you want to see all three. The key to "low stress" is to find somewhere close that you don't have to move.

Other people like between Casey's and the Hub but consider you want a good viewing location for the Frozen Wishes show, you want something close enough for that, but good enough that you can still see Wishes.

We were there Sunday night and watched the electric parade at the entrance to the park (9-9:20) and the followed the park down the street and stopped on the bridge connecting Main Street to the hub. As long as you stay in the street and not on the sidewalk, you can find a great location. We stopped on the bridge so we were directly in front of the castle, but not on top of it and had an amazing view of wishes, tinker bell flying overhead and the fireworks.

The elsa lighting the castle show was at 6:15 and 7:30 and was a separate event. We actually watched that at 6:15, left and had dinner at chef Mickey at 7:15 and had time to get back for the parade at 9.

Wait so elsa lights the castle multiple times, and tinkerbell also flies? Confused..

I guess I should have asked rather than assumed, but what time is MSEP and Wishes that night?

Hope you don't mind if I jump in, been wondering the same thing, I realized, as I opened your thread, OP, lol. What about that area in the center of the hub, where the Walt/Mickey statue is. It's been since before they had the Castle projection show(forgot name, lol), that we watched from there. I can't remember how good it was or wasn't for watching Wishes. Is that too close? One thing I seem to remember is that, you get a spot, and then as the show starts, people stand up in front of you, and have someone's head right in front of you for the pics you take, and being in a ecv, you are even shorter Is there a good spot in that area you can avoid that a bit? And how is viewing the MSEP from there? The last few years we've been watching from the area by The Plaza, by the tables with the yellow/white striped umbrellas on the the outside tables, more down the right side. Or, on the opposite side, just past Casey's, before CP. Still debating where we should try to set up this year for one of the nights to have a great view. TIA!

That area is essentially blocked for the MSEP FP+ area.

I have FP reservations for wishes. Has anyone used their FP for this? Is it worth the FP and how is the crowd and view? This will be during the height of the Christmas season. Thanks for the help...
