On Sunday our flight was canceled and I couldn’t get it rebooked on my phone with the noice and crowds of Epcot, and cast members and guest services went above and beyond to help. We were escorted to a private vip office with a computer, phone, and couch. It took about an hour to arrange flights and hotel, contact our families, and for me to recover from my anxiety attack.
I couldn’t find the staff that helped us when we left and I want to let them know how much they helped me when I was panicking.
