Best way to carry your smart phone in park

I have a Bagalini cross body bag and the strap that goes across the chest has a builtin zip pocket perfect for park tickets, FPs and my iPhone!

I don't know if your a man or woman but I keep my iphone in my bra. It stays put and there is a slim chance I won't notice someone trying to take or having it fall out. I refuse to carry a bag with me to the parks!

Haven't finished reading all the posts yet, but I had to laugh at this one. DW does the exact same thing. :lmao:

When I visit, most often I wear cargo shorts and put my phone in one of the pant leg pockets. On days I will do water rides, I wear more of a basketball type short. I have a waist pack that is kind of like a money belt. It's big enough to hold my phone and when I go on water rides, I have a waterproof pouch I bought from Sea World that I put my phone in.

:rotfl: I do this all the time too, especially just around town or at times at work. People at work will say "you've" got a square ****" and I tell them no it's just my phone.:rotfl:

I lost an iphone in the parks a few years ago. On TSMM actually. I had it in the pockets of my shorts and somehow it fell out. Very, very few iphones get turned in according to Lost and Found. Wearing around your neck isn't great, but the phone isn't heavy, just over four ounces. It's about like wearing a lanyard with a bunch of pins on it. I like the easy access to it, just grab it instead of digging thru a bag. I shortened my lanyard a little so it doesn't hand quite as far as it should. I would rather keep it where I know I'm not going to lose it than have to shell out another $660 for a new iphone.

Edit.....sorry I just noticed that the b word was edited out. Didn't mean to put a bad word on the Dis.

I carry my iPhone in my bag, I've had this particular bag for over a year and I'm in love with it! I haven't found a better option yet.

That's my bag also. I keep looking for the better option but haven't found another yet. My iphone stays in front part of the bag which has a perfect pocket for the iphone (with Otterbox Defender). On particularly wet rides, I do put it in a zipper bag along with my camera.

I just put my phone in my pocket... and get it soaked on water rides:sad1: and ruined:eek:... and won't work anymore... so my new samsung galaxy S2 will be put into a plastic ziplock bag then into a second ziplock then into the backpack.

Lesson Learned the hard way.

I put my Droid in my pants pocket every time. Usually cargo pants of some kind, but sometimes even just in regular khakis.

Also in a plastic bag if we're going on any water rides.

Works like a charm!

I usually wear cargo shorts to the parks and my droid goes in a side zip pocket.

Water Resistant Fanny Pack. Use it every trip, to every park (Universal, Sea World included). Most everything important you need right there at your waist, no need to take it off anywhere. Even at Universal where they require you to lock up bags and purses before riding, they still allow fanny packs on every ride.
They take that, "Oh crap, is my phone going to fall out on this one" factor right out of the equation when riding :)

Yeah!! I'm glad someone else said this! I use my bra also (heck men get breast pockets in coats!!!) I also keep a small zipper type wallet in there too :) :hippie:

LOL When my phone rings and it's it my bra I have been known to say "hold on one minute I have to answer my bra" :)

I'm going to have to look at that little bag that clips on a belt loop or find a cute (do they exist) fanny pack-type bag. I want something hands free and not slung over one shoulder as that starts to hurt me after a while.

I don't know how you ladies carry your phones in your bra. I just tried it with my iPhone and that was the most uncomfortable thing ever. The phone doesn't have a cover on it yet and I could see it slipping out if I bent over too far. It didn't fit in the cup very well, either and I'm a C, so not too small.

I throw my smartphone into a front cargo shorts pocket that I can securely button or zip.

You could be totally awesome like me and wear a fanny pack some park days. ;)

All the teenage girls I know carry their phones in their bras, so there's always that option if you wear a bra. I cannot figure out how that can ever be comfortable though.

not gonna lie, I totally do that at work.

My phone is with me wherever I go. I attach this particular holder from Golla to the belt loop on my jeans or shorts when in the parks. It also has room for a lip gloss, money and cards....but it's quite small. Great use of $10!!!

I'm third-ing this. It clips perfectly to the loop on my backpack strap [I just have a plain ol' jansport]. My phone is safe, conveniently placed, and I have somewhere to put our tickets and fastpasses because there's another little pocket inside. Also, the one I have has a zipper pocket on the back, so I feel safe keeping my debit card and ID there, without worrying about them falling out or someone stealing it, as the pouch is on the front, a little lower than my shoulder.
