What is the best way to book a WDW vacation. All Separate with the Airlines and Disney. Or like a Westjet Vacation? Or with a company like Expedia or itravel 2000

I have always booked flights and Disney separate. That being said you can book your Canadian flights right from the Disney website. There are some recommended Disney agents out there. Small World Vacations come to mind, these are ones that really only book Disney. Instead of Expedia or even Flight Center who say they are experts but really are not. The good ones keep searching for the best deals for you even after you book. If free dining opens up for your time slot, they will get it for you. Look at some of the sponsors on this site and a few others.
