Best way to book at 180 days

Quick question what is the fastest way to book at 180 days to get choice of times?

Can I use the my Disney experience app at 180 days at midnight and start booking? Or do I have to wait until 6:00 am to use the website or the app?

Its 6:00AM to use the website/app to book ADRs or 7:00AM if you call the dining reservations line. I usually get on my computer at 6AM bc I think its faster, but 1 time the website was down or something so I had to wait until 7 to call Disney. I got everything I wanted but it took FOREVER! I was on the phone for an hour in a half trying to book all my ADRs...but on Disney's end I was on the deluxe dining plan and was booking 3 meals a day for like 8 days or something so it was a lot of booking. If you are only booking a few ADRs though I don't think it really matters whether you go online to book or call to book.

I just did mine this morning all online through the MDE app and got everything I wanted. I did call the minute the phones opened up to schedule my daughters for the Bippity Boppity Boo boutique and also to schedule HDDR cat 1. I only called in for the HDDR because I wanted to prepay for that one using gift cards. I had a few times that I got that "excuse the paws" message but just refreshed and was able to continue. I say if that works for you it's the easiest. I've never stayed onsite before or made ADRs before so I feel accomplished this morning

I would start with 6 am online. If you stil need help at 7 it could be worth it to call.

Just a note.... if you don't get the time you want at 180 days, it does not mean that you won't get it. just keep checking as people modify their reservation all the time. I made my ADR around 170 days out and was able to get ALL of my ADRS (but I don't have pre-opening ADRs). I also made all my ADR on disney's website. Good luck!

Based on my experience last year I also think Disney holds some ADRs back. I saw blocks of times open after 180 for a variety of restaurants.
