Current way offered by Disney without hassle is to board the AK bus at GF and ride it to the AK. There they have a bus offered to BB. Connecting through AK is now the only way to get to BB and started this summer. There are currently A-Frame signs at the resort bus stations explaining the process.

Any ideas on whether this will hold true for going to Winter/Summerland mini golf after BB closes for refurb in the late fall (since they share parking lots)?

Is this at any time, like even for park opening? I know with Typhoon Lagoon the whole transfer thing at DS only takes effect after a certain time, but in the mornings the bus takes you directly to TL. I thought I read somewhere that in the mornings the bus went to AK through a certain time.

If not, do we know what time buses start running from AK to BB? Tring to figure out what time to catch the buses to make rope drop at BB....Thanks!

I don't know whether that's still true after the service changes, but either way, you would board the same bus: AK for BB, or DS for TL. Either the bus will drop you at the water park, or it will take you someplace where you can transfer to the bus to the waterpark. Just allow enough time to transfer, in case you need to.

If you want a definitive answer, after you arrive at your resort, ask either the driver of a bus to AK or DS, or a Transportation Greeter at your resort bus stop. The greeters are college kids wearing white shirts and black trousers or shorts. They're usually at the resort bus stops from about 8am until noon, and sometimes in the late afternoon. At some resorts, you might also find a Transportation Coordinator in the morning, dressed similarly but looking a lot older.

If you're at AKL, CSR, or All-Stars, check the signs and/or ask a driver before boarding an AK bus to get to BB. They had different routes to BB before the service change, and some or all of them may still.
