Best way to airport from swan?

We're doing a split stay at BC and Swan, so we'll be taking ME from the airport to WDW but will be on our own back to MCO. We will have my 2 year old with us. Ideally, we'd like to use CARES and not bring our carseat at all, so we'd need a shuttle bus type thing. Is Mears the best option? What's the best way to reserve it?

You can call Mears from the resort. Better to make the reservation at least 2 days in advance of your leaving. You will probably be picked up 3-1/2 hours before your flight give or take.

If you need a car seat for the plane (must be FAA approved) that goes under the bus both ways.

Note that Mears shuttles come in different colors and sizes. You may see one with Disney Cruise Lines or Magical Express on the side if there are DCL guests riding. So ask the driver before letting him leave without you.

You should be able to go right to the Mears official site and book it now. I did that when I was traveling to the Dolphin. Just print out the receipt you get. They will use either a normal bus, or a van type vehicle.
