Best way from Sanford to Pop Century

We get into Sanford on Friday 28th of July at 4:00 PM, pick up rental car then drive to Pop Century, What would be the best way to get there, I would think even paying the toll might be better on 417 than taking I-4 with the rush hour traffic, does anyone know if this might be better to take the toll road or I-4 ?

The 417 will be quieter than the I4, however on a friday night it will still be busy...

it's 6 of one, half a dozen of the other - there's just as much chance of a hold-up on either road, but personally I would go for the 417. pay the few bucks, have a (slightly) nicer drive)

Second the toll road. Its much more scenic. I enjoy the drive from the airport.

Take the toll for sure unless you want to be sitting in M-25 traffic for 2 - 3 hours. I-4 is obviously out from 1500 to 2000 on Friday afternoon. The toll is only $5.00 to Disney and well worth the money.
