Best way from POFQ to/from monorail resorts during am/pm?

Switched resorts from CR to POFQ but kept ADRs at CR and Poly.

For breakfast, what would be the best way to get from POFQ to these resorts in the morning? Would taking the bus to MK and then monorail be the quickest, and most efficient way? ADRs are for 9am. Roughly how long should I allot for travel in the morning?

Likewise, I have ADRs for dinner as well at Poly. Would the best way to get from Poly back to POFQ be to take a bus to DTD and then take the water taxi from there or should we take the monorail to MK and then bus to POFQ?

In any case, roughly how much would a cab be to Poly/CR from POFQ be in case I don't take Disney Transportation?

Last question first: $20, tops.

Best way from any resort to a monorail resort, any time of day: bus to MK, monorail to resort.
Second best way, if resort is Poly or GF and weather is nice: bus to MK, launch to resort.

Returning from dinner: if MK is open, yes, monorail to MK/bus to POFQ is the best route. The fewer transfers, the faster the trip.

Allow an hour to get anywhere from anywhere. Add twenty minutes per transfer.

We will only use the boats from/to MK only if they are right there as we pass walking from the bus to the monorail or if on our way back we have no time limits.

When getting off the bus at MK it sometimes is just as fast to walk over to CR as to take the monorail. Just be sure to not cross through the bus traffic to get to the sidewalk and stay out of the grass on the water side...there can be snakes in there.

If you are going to the CR you can take a bus from POFQ and then walk across to CR. It will be quicker to walk the short distance than walk to the monorail and then wait to board and take the monorail over.
