Best viewing location for Wishes at MK?

Where do you suggest standing/sitting for the best view of Wishes?

Also, the night we are hoping to catch Wishes is also the night we want to see Spectromagic. Spectro is scheduled for 7 and 9 pm, with Wishes at 8pm. Any thoughts on whether we should plan to catch Spectro before or after Wishes, and/or any suggestions for viewing locations?

It's usually less crowded to see the second Spectro Magic. But as for Wishes if you have the patience to wait (which I don't) the front of the train station is always a great place, but for that you would have to get there at like 5:30 and stay there through the first Spectro and Wishes (it fills up VERY fast). If you are planning on seeing the second Spectro Wishes can be seen very well from anywhere around the flag pole on Main Street. If you get to close to the Castle, you miss some of the effects. They have been placing some of the VIP's over by the Crystal Palace, I personally have not seen it from that angle, but it must be good. The in-laws just saw it and they sat by Casey's Corner and said it was a great location too. The thing with Wishes is this, where ever you decide to watch it from get there Early... Main Street fills up VERY fast, especially after Spectro, people tend to just hang around the same palce they watched the parade from.

We sat before, then stood during, at Dumbo. It was great! We were surrounded by fireworks on both sides. Most of what came from right behind the castle were "flares". The big fireworks came from behind the park. We loved it there...just couldn't see Tink fly. Melanie

One of my favorite places suggested to me by a cast member to watch the MK fireworks shows is on the bridge to Tomorrowland, right by the entrace thingy with the shapes and sign on it... There's usually room there, and Tinkerbell's flight goes right over your head onto Cosmic Ray's.

Just saw Wishes last Wednesday, and we were exactly half way down Main Street, smack in the middle of the street. I would say we were too far back. I would say around Caseys too would be a great spot, or in the first third down Main Street. Don't go farther than that, you're too far back and buildings block alot.
