Best view at BWV?

I have ONLY ONCE gotten a request met at BWV - its our home resort and we've owned 15 years and seldom stay elsewhere.

Make a request - you don't have anything to lose, but I wouldn't go into it with expectations.

At least I know I'm not alone. Yep, keep making them, but seldom get them. The only thing I've been lucky with is requesting high floor. As for location, never get that. I never get to turn the corner (go past 2099/or ice machines). We just once want to go past the ice machines. We've owned there only about 10 years, but of the 3 we own, it is my favorite.

You didn't ask about Pool/Garden view. But the Village Green area, BW side of the resort is a great stay. It is almost all studios in that area, extremely close to the lobby, and you get a partial BW view. Great if BW view or Standard are fully booked. And great booking on its own merit, if you get your request, to have very easy lobby access.

I was gonna chime in and say this, but you beat me to it. I personally prefer these over the BW view studio as they are quieter and you get a nice view of the Boardwalk - just not dead center.

In this regard, I have been pretty lucky in the past getting the Village Green studio with a Pool/Garden View UNTIL last December. The CM had no idea what I was talking about and when I explained he said he had never heard it called that and he had worked there for several years; made me feel very foolish. Then I didn't get even close to that area, but that's just luck of the draw. A couple of hours later when I was walking back to the lobby I looked above the sign from the rooms area into the lobby and it said something like "Walkway to Village Green." I wanted to take him from behind the desk and show him the sign, but knew I would look like a real smart$# if I did.

Any suggestions for Garden/Pool view studios? We're torn between something by the quiet pool (chance for a view of the new Star Wars fireworks) or Village Green. I'm torn on Village Green bc while it could be nice, I'm afraid if we get too close to the main lobby area, it'll almost be "obstructed" for lack of a better word. I know some of those kinda sit back and under. We've stayed in 5050/5048 before which is like centered over the main pool and actually very nice. That's also an option.
