Don't let anyone scare you away, I too eat veggie burgers!
I always get one Rosie's All American at MGM. It has to be the biggest veggie burger I have ever had in my life! I remember the first time I ordered it, I was like "Wait, where's my little 3" patty?". I give Rosie's a big

My vegetarian DS agrees! It's is his "favorite" burger place anywhere! I love them too and I also love Sci Fi - I have craved their veggie burger for almost a year and a half [the last time we went to WDW] - add their onion rings and a shake and I am very happy! I also like Cosmic Rays. HTH
Maybe more, I can't remember... it is all quite delightful for a plant eater
The Electric Umbrella at EPCOT used to serve Boca Burgers, but during my last trip in Jan 07, they were no longer available. However, Electric Umbrella does have a vegetarian chili (I have not had it, and do not know if it is vegan, like the Boca Burger was).
Restaurantosaurus (yes, the McDonalds) in DAK has a great veggie burger that is neither the same as Disney's other ones, nor something from McDonald's (which on the outside world doesn't do veggie patties).
Grand Floridian Cafe has an excellent veggie burger. They make them fresh, not the usual frozen Boca burgers at places like Sci-Fi & Cosmic Rays. It is served on toasted multigrain bread, excellent!
