Best value for Q&C dining?

We haven't been to WDW since 2012 and are counting down to June of 2014!

Last visit, we had some of our best meals at Wolfgang Puck Express & Kringla Bakeri in Norway (4x's, lol).

What do you recommend as far as best food/value for Q&C credits? Has anything changed since we were there?

HaHa!!! WPE and Kringla Bakeri are still our top recommendations!
I also quite enjoy the bakery in France.
