Best use of DxDP

We have a split stay and are only getting the Deluxe Dining plan for one day at the beginning of our vacation (we get the mugs early on!)

It will just be my toddler and I. What are the best table service restaurants (3) for us? I would imagine a buffet would be difficult with a little one. We will do 2 one day and 1 the next.

I'd do character meals that are served family style. Ohana or Tusker House breakfast or Garden Grill dinner would be a great start one day. Ohana dinner would be a good price wise vote as well as served family style.

I'd look at what parks you are planning on being at those 2 days before I worried too much about where to eat at this point though.

We will be nowhere the first day, and DHS the second day. I can do Hollywood & Vine the second day ( I think you commented on that post, too). I'd like to do Ohana, since we will be staying on the monorail and it will be easy to hop off. Is there another yummy 1 credit, toddler friendly meal on the monorail?

Tusker House is a buffet.

I think she would enjoy 1900 Park Fare dinner (buffet)-Cinderella, Prince Charming, Step-Sisters and Step Mother.

1900 Park Fare breakfast (buffet) has Pooh, Tigger, Alice, Mad Hatter, and Mary Poppins.

'Ohana breakfast (family style) has Mickey, Pluto, Lilo and Stitch.

Chef Mickey's (buffet) has Mickey, Pluto, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald.

I don't find the buffets that bad with just my niece and myself. My niece's (different trips) have done fine with the buffet. They can eat right away and get to choose from all of the different food.
