A while back there was a running list of all the best treats to get at WDW like Dole Whips, etc.

Could we start that list again?

I'm going to write them all down this time!

Thanks,
Joanne

Beaver Tails at the Canadian pavillion in Epcot! Yum-Yum!! I like mine with strawberries and cream. :teeth:

1. Giant Rice Crispy Treats.
2. Warm Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich from the Sleepy Hollow.

Our trip wouldn't be complete without a Mickey bar! The quality of ice cream and chocolate is much better than I expected it to be.

Some of our favorites are :

Dole Whips in the MK
Peach Tarts at the France Bakery at Epcot
Cookies from the confectioner store on main st. in the MK
Sticky Toffee Pudding from Rose & Crown Pub in Epcot
Grapefruit Cake at the Brown Derby at MGM

Dole Whips and Mickey Bars are our favorites!!::yes:: Oh, and ANYTHING from the French pastry shop at Epcot!!

Mickey bar of course..

then those caramel apples from the candy store in MK...the homemade caramel..ooh, they are wonderful!

An order of french fries from the cart back by splash mountain in MK..probably the freshest you will ever get from a MCDonalds.

The candied nuts sold at Epcot, the marshmellow on a stick covered in choc and nuts sold in Main Street Candy Shop and the Villians Candy Shop at MGM, and a Citrus Swirl from MK are my absolute favorites.
DD MUST have a carmel apple w/nuts from the Main Street Candy store and the skinny breadstick type thing dipped in candy, that are sold in Japan. Can't remember the name of them, but DD loves them.
DS's favorites are the choclote covered Mickey pretzels w/nuts and turkey legs.

Chocolate Covered Rice Krispy treats from the Boardwalk Bakery

Homemade Nestle Toll House Ice Cream Sandwiches in the MK!

OH yes... And the FUDGE from the MK... I want some of that in the worst way!

I don't get the obsession with the Mickey Bars. Don't they have Eskimo Pies or Dove Bars or Klondike bars where you live?

Now that I've said my peace:

Dole Whip

If you want a real treat, eat one of those turkey legs. Or in my case, several.....::MickeyMo

Thanks for all of the replies.

Where do you get the chocolate covered pretzels and the dole whip?
Those sound yummy!!

I can't believe I have never tried any of these things. I have never had a dole whip or a turkey leg! I'm making these things my priority for our upcoming trip!

Dole whips are sold right across from the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse. They are a can't miss.

My all time favorite was the chocolate almond bear claws at the BW bakery. Unfortunately, they stopped making them 2 years ago and I do not understand why. I would have to get there first thing in the morning or they would be all gone. BUMMER. Someone said that Boma has them, but I checked and they don't make them either.

My new favorite is the cream chesse stuffed dessert pretzels. I had one in AK and one in MGM. YUMMY!!!!

Ok, I have to add KoKo Puffs at the Kona Cafe at the Poly. Add a press pot of Kona Coffee~Ahhh.

Also, the Rice Cream at the bakery in Norway at Epcot World Showcase. Actually, they have alot of really good pastries. Try their Sweet Pretzel with Almonds.

I am sure you'll find plenty of places to get a sugar high! Have a great trip!!!:)

You are making me hungry, well in 14 days I can go to NOrway and have the Scholbread, just the best treat. But you really cant beat the Mickey Bar on a hot day either.
