Best transportation service between MCO-WDW-US-MCO

I am looking for recommandation for reliable affordable transportation services for 4 adults, 2 suitcases.

MCO to WDW late night
WDW to Universal late night
US area to MCO daytime

I don’t really use Uber not sure if it’s reliable, safe and affordable in Orlando.
I don’t mind ride sharing vans for US to MCO
But prefer to have direct rides for the late nights.

I don't use Uber at home really, but my limited experience with it at WDW is that it makes a lot of sense for exactly the kind of rides you're looking at. Cabs or black car services exist, but aren't necessarily the best value for your money. Cable exists, but a lot of people only need a streaming service or two.

For late night WDW->US (depending on how late) you might want to avoid times WDW parks are closing, due to how that affects price and availability.

Luggage space can sometimes be an issue, but 4 adults 2 suitcases should be easy to accommodate by picking an UberXL.

If you are not familiar and/or comfortable with rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) then I would recommend booking a private car service with Mears or a Mears shuttle.. Another option is a regular taxi cab, you can request a taxi cab by either a going to taxi stand or by calling 407-422-2222 which is the taxi dispatch number.
