I'm looking for a professional Towncar server from MCO to the Disney resorts. Which one would choose?

One question: One of the options you list is "Florida Tours." Are you refering to FL Tours (which is a sponsor of the DIS) or Florida Towncar Service? These are two separate companies and there appeared to be some confusion due to the similar names earlier this week.

I'm assuming he means Fl Tours. We have only used TT at this point but I'm trying to decide whether or not to use them again or use Fl Tours since they are a sponser. Good thing I have 3 months to make up my mind!!!

TT also takes credit cards. In fact, I had cash already put aside. My husband, without my knowing it, paid using his Amex card! So, of course I went and spent the money alotted for TT and then had to pay for it when the bill came in!!

Yourride says they accept credit cards, but in their emails they told me that they prefer cash. One of the emails was in reply to a question I had on when and how to pay with credit card. Instead of giving me an answer, the response was "we prefer cash". I switched to Cartier -- they were excellent both in emails before the trip and the service during our trip.

We have used Tiffany Towncar, but I haven't heard anything bad about any of them.

We liked Tiffany because they don't take the main highway (can't think of the name) into WDW. They take another one that has a higher toll, but is a little faster and less congested. Plus, our driver said they prefer to stop at grocery stores that are off the beaten path. They like this one Kash 'n Karry that is brand new and about halfway between the airport and WDW. We were there on a Saturday morning around 9:30 and it was EMPTY! That is unheard of where I am from. Plus, the prices were decent. Pretty much the same as the grocery stores around where I live. Most of the towncar services stop at the grocery stores in the Crossroads area near WDW. Probably a little more convenient for them, but you are also going to have to pay more. Hope this helps!

yourride takes Credit Cards

Not in our experience - they told us at the time of reservation that they did - then the driver only wanted cash or traveler's checks. That really threw a wrench in my budgeting plans for the week to part with that much cash up front. With Tiffany we were able to use the Amex as planned.

So far we've used Yourride and Tiffany Towncar - we're using Tiffany again on our next trip. Another note - I had really been looking forward to riding in a "towncar" as something special and different. I know some folks might understand this, but I was disappointed when the vehicle Yourride picked us up in was an SUV. It was very nice and well maintained, but I live in Texas - if I want to ride in a luxury SUV I'll go to lunch with my neighbor down the street - LOL :p. I know that for some folks, they might like or even prefer the SUV. So you might want to enquire in more detail if it matters to you one way or the other.

With Tiffany, we got a Towncar :) [yeah - I know - I'm goofy! - but I was happy!] - and a wonderful driver who was so courteous and he really made our trips from/to the airport a pleasure.

Good luck with your choice.

Thanks for all of the replies and votes. After doing all of the research here, on other boards and talking with friends, I decided on Tiffany Towncar. Thanks again.

Another vote for Tiffany, after several great trips with TTC we were convinced to try YourRide and had a very bad experience. I am going to give Rabbitz a chance to make things right before I post details.

We've just come back from WDW, and used FL Tours. Really pleased with the service. The grocery stop is officially only if you book a return trip (we didn't) but Andy still stopped to let me go around the Kash n Karry place. Doesn't take credit cards, but we knew that in advance, and so budgeted for it. Gets my marks, and I'd recommend them.

We have been very pleased with Tiffany Towncar. The drivers have been great and they also took us to an almost empty Kash 'n Karry. Great service and no problem paying with a credit card.
