the best tip i ever got was on my second of thirty- two trips ALWAYS wear old broken in shoes I know everyone buys new shoes for them selves and especially their children I couldn't count how many crying children I've seen with their new tennis shoesor buy them new and let the chidren wear them a week before you leave
