I had an issue where I ended up messaging JetBlue via Twitter, had the chat feature queued for an agent to answer my question and was on hold.
My seat assignments were removed, so I got assignments via messaging on Twitter. Except they were not together (I was traveling with my daughter), so I had to go through a chat with an agent to purchase even more space to have seats together. I was still on phone hold by the time I got everything done...and it was still well over 45 minutes.
