Best times to call Jetblue?

Need to speak to a representative. What is the best time to call with the lowest wait times?
 
It’s always a 50 minute wait no matter when you call. I’ve found it to be more convenient to leave my number for a call back.

OK, my sister called a few weeks ago and she said that option wasn't available anymore. Hopefully it is now. Thank you for the info.

I hope the option comes back then because the wait times have been crazy!
 

Jet Blue is always a time commitment to call I find. I needed to make a change and kept getting 2+ hour wait time estimates when I called multiple times a day over multiple days. Finally I just bit the bullet and put it on speaker while I cleaned!
 
I had an issue where I ended up messaging JetBlue via Twitter, had the chat feature queued for an agent to answer my question and was on hold.

My seat assignments were removed, so I got assignments via messaging on Twitter. Except they were not together (I was traveling with my daughter), so I had to go through a chat with an agent to purchase even more space to have seats together. I was still on phone hold by the time I got everything done...and it was still well over 45 minutes.
 
I find the online chat to be the most efficient way to get things done with JetBlue. Have used it 4+ times this past year with re-arranging/cancelling/rebooking travel, and it’s always worked flawlessly.
