Best time to visit Pandora? Emh evening?

We just booked a last minute trip to Disney (yea!) so there are no pandora fast passes. Was thinking about just winging it during emh 10-midnight. What will the lines be like? Should we go at rope drop instead?

I'd go at rope drop to ride the rides then back at night to see it lit up and maybe get in 1 more ride.

However lines will no be short during the evening EMH
