Hello!
I visited Disney World from August 23-26(well, more like 23-25 and a half, since we then went to Universal Orlando on the 26 thru the 31) in 2015, and I would really love to visit Disney World again! Just one problem...
I'm still in school, and I have to obey the school schedule. Now, we get three week long(and sometimes slightly longer) breaks; first one being winter break in late December to early January, then February break(that starts w/ President's Day), and then Spring break in April. We also have summer vacation from late June to early September.
So...when is the best time to visit Disney World, under these constraints? So far, I've visited Disney World in late August, but I was thinking of switching it up and visiting Disney the day after President's day to whenever the break ends. Is that a good time to visit Disney? Or should I stick to late August?
Thanks for any advice in advance!

We are fans of spring break. The weather is nice, the Flower and Garden festival is going on, and the crowds are manageable provided you approach it with reasonable expectations, a touring plan, and patience.

I was in Orlando from 2/14 through 2/24 this year and the parks weren't too crowded and the weather was wonderful!

This was the third time we've had a President's Day WDW trip and I do prefer February over Spring break and Summer.

April vacation is a great time to go as long as Easter is not near it (as it is in 2017). Went in 2015 during April vacation and probably will go back in 2018.

Weather and crowds are quite pleasant.

Any of those times are going to be higher crowds than some find desirable. The questions are what kind of weather do you want, and what extra events do you want? It's super-high crowds, but I love going at the holidays because of the decorations and special holiday events like the Very Merry Christmas parade, Holiday Wishes, Candlelight Processional. It's not a traditional trip, and you have to manage expectations about rides, etc., but the holiday extras make it worth it. Weather could be cold, but more likely cool. In February, there will be no special events, so you're looking at a traditional trip focused on attractions. But the weather will likely be very cold for at least part of the week; cold snaps are common that time of year and often necessitate packing two wardrobes. At spring break, the weather will be more consistently warmer, and you have Flower and Garden festival. Summer will be downright hot. Crowd levels will depend on what time of summer with highest crowds around Independence Day. No special events in summer, but you would have the possibility of taking an extended trip or at least choosing the best week for you.
