Best time to ride Tires?

Does anyone have a feel yet for the best time to ride LFT? I've heard that line moves so slow and the load time takes forever. Is there a time when the line seems to go down a little? Assume I won't have any type of EE. Maybe later in the evening? Dinner time? WOC time? :confused3

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the fluctuations in the ride waits. You can be lucky on FLT and RSR and get in line after a closure when they had to empty the queue. These big closures don't seem to be daily but have happened every now and then. Best you can do is ride it right away.

We go next week, and I've been checking the waittime apps...it does seem very random. We are going to do as skiingfast said...ride them early and hope they don't break down while we are in line! We will try to FP RSR since we don't have EE.

Yeah, I've been checking the wait times too and haven't been able to figure out a good time. Just wondered if anyone who has been there has any thoughts. I'd be interested in knowing what you end up doing and how it was.

I could not answer this question in regards to the morning hours as I am hardly there before 2 in the afternoon. The last time I went on the tires was this past Friday. I went around 8:15 at night. The line was 60 min. When I got out of line and it was 60 min. I went to RSR to use single rider. That was about a 35 min wait. So now it's around 10 PM. I head out to go to DL. The line for the tires was still 60 min and that was about a hour before park closing.

If it is a priority for you, I might suggest riding it at opening and then going for a racers fp which WILL have an evening return by the time you get it. I had early entry so my experience won't really help you out. Two things to know: Maters maintains a surprisingly reasonable wait time all day, and if it's an option for you the RSR single rider line is always relatively fast. It's kind of funny, but Luigi and the RCT have turned out to be the hardest rides to get on in the expansion.

I already figured we would give the RSR single rider a try. I've seen Maters go down to 30 min. but have not been able to figure out a good time for LFT. I think it might be like TSMM- always around the same amount of time no matter when you look.
