What is the best time to phone WDW Dining to get ADRs? I thought it would be as soon as it opens (7am EST) but it told me they were receiving a high number of calls and to call back later. :confused3

I called around 12 midday bst (7am edt) for all my ADRs in December and got through pretty quickly most times. A few times I was on hold for about 10 minutes.

It's very busy when it opens as people are calling to try and get the Cinderella meals which often get booked up within 5 mins of opening :confused3 We found the best time was around 5.00 pm UK time - i.e. around midday in the US.l

We ring after 6 for evening call rates- never had a problem getting through
:goodvibes

if calling for someware like cindies would start to phone just before it oppens, for most outher places any time of the day no problem

I just e mail my TA in the states and get her to do them all for me

bu when I phoned disney in the past it is alway at night time ,to get the evening rate plus it is never so busy

We rang at around 9pm. Quiet as a mouse ;)

If you're wanting Cinderella's Royal Table though, you absolutely MUST dial a minute before the lines open, and keep hitting redial until you get through (180+10 days before). Otherwise you'd be very unlikely to get a table.

Having said that though, we made reservations about 28 days in advance this trip and got all the tables and times we wanted (and it's during free dining). So it's really not as hard as people make out!

Its considerably better now you can book 180 days out instead of the old 90 days ...as believe it or not not every one plans their entire visit 6 months in advance (luckily !! :teeth: ).

If you are not after anything as popular as the CRT then I have found Sunday a good day to call...presumably because many people don't realise they are open 7 days :confused3
