best time to go - March or May

I think I may get to go to the world next year! What would be the best time (less crowded) - March 20-27, 2011 or May 20-27, 2011, the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend?

I think May...the weather will be warmer than March. That time in March is Spring Break and could be much more pricey. I think the end of May will be fine touring/swimming weather and you will squeak in before the crowds of summer.

I'm looking around those dates as well. I went in March 2008 and it was nice. We also went in May 2007 and it was just as nice. I think the weather was better in May, but I don't think it was by much. We did go mid-month, so I think the crowds were lighter than they'd be in March. One reason not to go then is that it's spring break time. I believe it's more expensive. Right now we're leaning towards May again...

The weather was dicey in March, still somewhat chilly. I would go in May for better weather, less expense and less crowds. If you decide to take the trip in May I would stay away from DS on the weekends unless you are a Star Wars fan. It will be PACKED!

Both months are great. Not too hot and Garden and Flower show in full bloom. Really both fab months.

I would choose the month of May. It should be less crowded in May as March is very busy with families and college kids on spring break.

Most of the schools in our area have spring break the week you listed for March.

The weather is usually much better in May, and the Epcot Flower and Garden show is beautiful!

We went last March the week before the one you have listed in March and it was super busy. In fact, I have been at Christmas before and thought it was busier than then. I have been in June also, but not May and June was a lot slower, but definitely more hot!

We've gone in May twice - it's a terrific time to go!
